What the notice establishes
The survey notice of 30 September 2026 describes an approximately three-hour schedule. Check the terrain and conditions of the valley and village paths and prepare according to your fitness.[12]
Proposed places along the stage
Daedunsan → Sanbuk junction → Sanbuk health branch → Tanhyeon beacon → Samgeori village → Unju valley → Geumdang-ri → Yonggyewon → Wonjangsan village → Nonghyup fuel-station junction.[12]
Stage distance
13 km in the project materials. Stages 01–04 organise the journey by region. Check walking conditions and current operating information before departure.
Before departure
Check road safety, trail access, water, toilets, hazards and detours. Choose endpoints and return transport, and adapt your schedule to fitness and weather.
A question to carry
How does a walk through valleys and villages affect local daily life? Think about pilgrimage from the perspective of neighbours sharing the water and paths.
